SAMVÆR first opened its doors in 2022, and is owned and run by the two young men Oscar and Daniel With a misson of bringing people together around a good meal and good drinks.
A new five course menu is put together of seasonal ingredients every week by head chef Daniel and the drinks menu is updated by oscar regularly to fit the season.

A WEEK AT SAMVÆR
A week at SAMVÆR is long. Every day of the week, a 5-course menu is available, with delicacies from all corners of the world. The menu is put together according to the current season and with an eye for exciting meals that feels homely and nice. You're always welcome to swing by for just drinks, and the bar is open until 22 in weekdays, and until midnight on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
